About me
I'm Isabelle Jackson, but I generally just go by Izzy. I'm 19 and my pronouns are she/her. I'm transfem, bisexual, and have ADHD and Autism. I'm currently studying Computer Science at university.
I like playing games, mostly RPG, FPS as well as rougelike/rougelite games on my PC. Some of my favourite games include Deep Rock Galactic, Helldivers 2, and Vampire Survivors. I primarily play on PC these days. Feel free to see my Steam profile.
I'm predominantely interested in Indie & Alternative Rock music, with some overlap into Pop, Punk and Metal. Check out my Last.fm profile.
Programming
I'm interested in contributing to FOSS and Linux projects, including GNOME. I want to see Linux on the desktop become accessible to as many people as possible.
I like to program for both leisure and work. My preferred languages are Python and C#, but I'm also trying to become more proficient in Go, Rust, and potentially C/C++. I like to develop apps that perform certain tasks, with a focus on simplicity and ease of use.
